備忘録:味噌仕込み。2015年1回目。
有機米使用乾燥玄米こうじ(マルクラ食品)1.5kgに60度のさまし湯を450cc加え、馴染むまで混ぜ合わせる。馴染んだら、沖縄の塩シママースを500g。
有機栽培青森産有機大豆(オオスズ)1kg。
